My Pre-Season Game

I am relaxing next to an impressive stack of fashion
magazines, each one showcasing the biggest trends for fall.
This is where my pre-season fun really begins. The goal is
simple: I want to build my fall collection, but I also want to
wear my new clothes as soon as I can. I start by purchasing
fall pieces that can still work their way into these last weeks
of summer.
The menswear-inspired look will be huge this fall, so I have
started by picking up a striped vest. I can wear it this month
over a plain white tee or tank top, and I can carry it into fall
and winter by layering it with blouses, cardigans and jackets.
I'll want to add a special touch of femininity to this look. Long
pendants or a big cuff will do the job nicely. But for something
really special, I found this fabulous wrist cuff made from a
vintage tie.
