Old Movie Glamour

There are so many sources of style inspiration. One of our
favorites is old movies. Miss Francesca and I will rent a few
and "ooh" and "aah" over Audrey Hepburn's sash-trimmed
hat or Katherine Hepburn's wide-legged trousers and billowy
silk blouse.
Rita Hayworth is one of my favorites. Every time I watch
Gilda, I beg Miss Francesca to throw one of her fancy dinner
parties so I can get dressed up. I wear head to toe satin: a
black halter dress, ruffle-trimmed pumps and a matching
clutch. On cooler evenings, I add a stole.
It's the perfect opportunity to wear one of my favorite
cocktail rings and pull out my movie star red lipstick.
