When I was young, I sometimes imagined my grown-up life
as one full of risk and adventure. It may have been the
numerous viewings of Indiana Jones movies that left me
imagining travel by propeller planes to far-off archaeological
digs and extended African safaris.
I am quite content to keep my feet on the streets of the urban
jungle these days, but when I remember those childhood
daydreams, I wear my favorite safari-style shorts and hunt
for accessories in leopard and crocodile prints.
This patent leopard weekend bag is more likely to end up in
the overhead of a 747 than the cargo of a seaplane, but I will
feel a bit adventurous nonetheless.
