Royal Jewels

There is a richness to jewel tones that make fabrics look so
elegant. Miss Francesca and I giggled when we met up at the
theater last week, both in satin dresses. Hers was a brilliant
ruby and mine was a lovely amethyst. We both knew that
the tones were perfect for evening and could be worn with a
simple bangle and darling handbag.
Miss Francesca taught me that jewel tones can stand on their
own but can always be paired with each other for a gorgeous
contrast. I let her know that I agreed by pairing my dress
with a patent clutch in canary.
The look was bold and beautiful.
