The BBW Jeans Guide – Find Your Perfect Jeans

In every womans wardrobe there should be a pair of jeans. They are easy to wash and maintain and are very versatile and so can be worn when on a cold weekend day while slouching around the home or for a pop to your local restaurant for quick bite with your partner. For the big beautiful woman, it might be a bit of a struggle to find jeans that flatter but with these hints in mind, you’ll be well on your way to getting jeans that make your tummy a washboard, your legs seem never ending and your bum pert and just the right size!

Good packages come in small sizes.

If you are short, then go for straight cut jeans as they are easier to hem without distorting the shape. The only reason to avoid boot cut jeans is because the shape gets distorted when hemmed otherwise there is no reason to avoid them. When buying jeans, make sure it is in a dark colour as this creates the illusion of length. Go for the length that will cover your heels to create an even greater lengthening effect. Try to avoid tapered trousers if you want to look taller.

Nip and Tuck

If you have a bit of a tummy bulge avoid low rise jeans as they do you no favours whatsoever. On the other hand, high waisted jeans can make you look short and frumpy. Instead, go for a midrise pair of jeans preferably with stretch in it as these will balance your proportions. Ensure the jean sits across your midriff as it this will also add a bit of support to the tummy as well getting rid in an instant the dreaded ‘tummy spill’. Complete the look and accesorize with a nice belt and you are good to go.

Disguise the thighs.

Wearing boot cut jeans balances the figure and removes attention from the thighs by creating a symmetric fit between hips and the flares. Stretch jeans as long as they are not too baggy and not too tight and fit smoothly are the perfect choice. Too tight and it makes you look larger than you really are. Too loose on the other hand flattens the bottom. Avoid the distressed look. This only focuses attention on the thighs, the exact spot you’re trying to avoid.

Junk in the trunk.

If you have a flat bottom, go for jeans with smaller back pockets as this makes that ‘booty’ seem larger. Back pockets sitted higher up the bum create an illusion of a curvy derriere as do flap pockets which add texture and thickness creating the wow factor. Skip flat pockets. Slit pockets show off the natural curve of the behind, On the other hand, to turn attention away from a big butt, avoid embellishments on the back pockets as these grab all the attention.

Getting the right jeans need not be a hassle if you can follow these tips. Be prepared to try on lots of jeans until you find one that you feel comfortable in. Know your body type and like everything else in life, accentuate the positives. When you do eventually find one that fits, it would have been worth the hassle.

Vw Bus Used in Little Miss Sunshine

The Volkswagen bus T2 played the role of the seventh member of the quirky yet heartwarming Hoover family of the successful comedy “Little Miss Sunshine”, under the production of Twentieth Century Fox. The bus is crashing through barriers in a truly heroic manner, and not even a broken clutch or any other VW Bus part can stop it in the movie.

Touching emotions and an endearing kind of humor make this comedy about a bunch of losers because that was the role they portrayed – a real winner.

The independently made road movie has proven to go places itself. About one year after being presented to the public at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival, “Little Miss Sunshine” has become stunningly successful at the most recent movie award ceremonies. During the Oscars Award that was held last February 25, the movie won Best Original Screen Play.

So far “Little Miss Sunshine” has been the surprise success of this year’s different Hollywood awards. “Little Miss Sunshine” got three other nominations for the Oscars. These include Best Picture, Best Supporting Actress – for ten-year-old Abigail Breslin – and Best Supporting Actor – Alan Arkin.

Leading up to the most recognized movie award, this heart warming comedy movie has already piled up an amazing number of one nomination and three awards, aside from that given in the Oscars, from all over Hollywood. The movie got two Golden Globe nominations from the “Hollywood Foreign Press Association” Other awards received include: “Best Picture” Award of the Producers Guild of America, Best Original Screen Play at the “Writers Guild Awards” on February 11 for Michael Arndt, and only recently the “Screen Actors Guild” awarded the whole cast with the trophy for the “Best Cast”.

In the latter award, actor Greg Kinnear took the opportunity to point out his appreciation of the automotive member of the cast, the VW bus T2. He thanked the engineers at Volkswagen for making the beautiful vehicle back in 1969 that was comfortable and so safe while they were shooting.

The movie was about a quirky family. In the movie, the six Hoovers pile up in the almost 40-year-old Volkswagen bus to take the seven-year-old Olive, played by Abigail Breslin, who is dreaming of winning the “Little Miss Sunshine” contest, from Albuquerque/New Mexico to Redondo Beach/California. During their two-day road trip with full of nutty adventures, the six strange individuals grow into one strong and supportive union. The Volkswagen bus had a major role in the family building process as its ongoing little problems require the family to stand together in order to move on.

In fact, Actor Steve Carrell, who played the role of “Frank”, has fallen for the brave family vehicle because of its almost human faults. He said he thinks the VW bus T2 is actually a real actor in this movie.

Five identical buses have been used during the production of “Little Miss Sunshine” in order to assure its consistent appearance despite several road encounters during the movie taping.

The Volkswagen bus T2 “Little Miss Sunshine” has not been the first movie appearance. In fact, the T2 has summed up a variety of successful movie parts. Considered as the lovable vehicle to date, the T2 has shown its unique moves in more than 80 movies. Among others, are the Back to the Future (showed in 1985), Free Willy (showed in 1993), Almost Famous (showed in 2000), Charlie’s Angels (showed in 2000), Spy Game (showed in 2001), Hulk (showed in 2003), and Scary Movie 4 (showed in 2006).
